But, as I started getting older I noticed all the changes age brings and although I wanted to embrace and accept it to a certain degree, I also wasn't ready for it. As I watched family and friends struggle achieving their desires with diets, medications, workouts, expensive creams and invasive surgeries, I wanted to find another way.
